Modification of the Product Prices

Customers will not receive prior notification regarding any changes to the pricing of our jewelry brand. We retain the right to alter or terminate the Service as per our choice.

RETURN POLICY

1. Unboxing Video Requirement for Damaged Products: Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon arrival if the product is damaged. This video serves as evidence of the damage and is required for processing the return.

2. No Refund Policy: We does not offer refunds for returned items. Instead, eligible returns for damaged products will be processed for exchange only.

3. Eligibility for Exchange: Damaged products are eligible for exchange for an identical item. The exchange will be facilitated once the damaged item is received and verified by us.

4. Condition of Return Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with any tags or packaging intact, aside from the damage reported in the unboxing video.

5. Timeframe for Returns: Customers have a specified window of time within which to initiate returns for damaged products, within a 3 days of receiving the parcel they should provide us with the evidence of the damage.

6. Return Procedure: The customer should share the unboxing video of the damaged product and provide details to us. Then they will be provided with the address where they have to ship the package back.

7. Return Shipping: ZewarRozana covers the cost of return shipping for damaged products. Customers may be provided with a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement for return shipping expenses.
